Registration

The deadline for early registration is May 31st, 2019. Register before this date to get discounted rates.

Note that we expect to receive at least one non-student full conference registration for each paper, accepted in the research, industry and grand challenge track. For each accepted poster or demo, there must be at least one student or non-student conference registration. The deadline for research and industry registrations is May 14th. All other papers require an author registration by May 21st. If the registration is not received in time, the paper will not be included in the proceedings.

What is included in the registration?

Full conference registrations include participation in the main DEBS program as well as the summer school, tutorials, the doctoral symposium.

The registration also includes lunch every day, coffee breaks, a reception (June 26th), and the conference banquet (June 27th).

The summer school & tutorial only registration includes participation in the workshops (June 24th) and includes lunch and coffee breaks for that day.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of conference registration will incur a €100 administrative charge for all cancellation requests received until June 9th. The administrative charge will be deducted from the amount refunded. Later cancellations impose a €300 administrative charge. Note, after June 18th no refunds are possible. DEBS will be held back-to-back with SIGMOD 2019 in Europe.
